i remember when i heard about couples doing first looks on their wedding day and fell in love with the idea immediately.
having those precious, intimate moments together is something i'll always remember. embracing each other, crying together, and sharing kisses. he told me i looked like an angel and that just being with me made his nerves melt away.
i remember feeling completely at peace with becoming this man's other half. after all, it's a decision i made in my heart many months before he proposed.
the suspense was inexplicable. coming up behind someone like this, no matter if it's the love of your life, kind of makes you feel like a stalker. at least i did. and yes, i told him that before he even turned around. i think it helped calm both of us, laughing like our normal selves.
